KTB Shipping Guide

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

This will include any pertinent information regarding the shipment of your order, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  The weight of our products vary, therefore each shipping charge will be specific to the items purchased.  If expedite shipping is required outside of 5-7 business days, please contact us at 678-304-8177 or email us at info@ktbluxury.com prior to purchasing.  If you purchase prior to contacting KTB and expedite shipping is required, we will contact you upon receiving your order and will adjust the shipping charges with your approval prior to shipping your purchase.

 

International Shipping

At this time, we do are unable to ship outside of the United States until further notice. We do apologize for the inconvenience.

 

Order Status?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@ktbluxury.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, APOs, and FPO locations.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Due to Covid, we are currently limited in our ability to accept returns.  Returns will be processed on a case by case basis to ensure the safety of all customers. Please contact us at info@ktbluxury.com for a return authorization#.  Any returns received back without an RA# will be rejected.

At this time, we are only able to accept unopened fragrances at this time.  Returns are accepted up to 7 business days after delivery if the fragrances are unused and in its original condition and packaging. We will refund the full order amount minus the outbound shipping cost once the return has been received back and inspected.  Customer is responsible for the arranging the return shipment as we do not accept Collect or COD returns. 

Damages

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@ktbluxury.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.  Please retain all packaging as well and contact us ASAP at the onset of any issues.
